Straight line wire drawing machine(LZ)
The straight line wire drawing machine which is improved and produced by our company is mainly used to produce bead wire, rope making wire, stainless steel wire, gas shielding welding machine, etc. The capstan diameter range of this drawing machine is from Φ350mm-Φ1200mm. The max inlet wire diameter is Φ14mm, and the min outlet wire diameter is Φ0.5mm. This drawing machine has lots of functions, such as, man-machine dialogue, motor overheating protection, alarm for abnormal hydraulic pressure, meter, fault display, etc. Surface treatment of our machine is excellent and perfect for corrosion resistant, so this machine has a long work life.
