Technical Characteristics: 1. Of high mechanical strength, and long usage cycle The compressive strength of this kind of plastics plates is 7 to 10 times higher than that of the wood liner, thus conditions such as crushing and flatting of the wire rope groove, and its usage cycle is above 5 times longer than that of the wood liner. 2. Of wide range of application The plastic plates are of good resistance of desiccation and moisture, avoiding the phenomenon of the sun cracking and rotting of the wood. They are especially suitable for using in severe environment, such as Mining of large water spray and high corrosivity, and underground mining. 3. Of light proportion and no water absorption The proportion is 0.98, which is lighter than the wood liner after absorption, thus the rotational inertia and the reactive power of the equipment would not be increased. 4. Compression moulding, with flat surface of the rope groove They are easy to install. With the neatly rank of the wire rope, phenomenon such as locking and skipping of the wire rope could be avoid from happening, and the usage life of the wire rope could be extended.
